The meticulousness of construction is as good as any other guitar I've ever played, and it's far better than any other guitar I own. My Poorboy has stainless steel frets and an aluminum bridge, and I don't hear any issues with brightness or brashness of tone. The guitar is beautifully articulate both unplugged and amplified.
